Marketing for construction companies
Construction sells on trust, references and substance. As a fractional CMO I put it in order from the start: strategy, the website, films from the site and campaigns that bring enquiries, not just views.
Book a callWhy marketing in construction is different
Investments are planned over months, and several people sign off the decision. The client buys a contractor they trust, so completed projects, reviews and clear communication matter. Marketing should build that trust the whole time the client is deciding, not only on campaign day.
Sound familiar?
-
Good projects nobody knows about, because there is nowhere to show them.
-
Enquiries come mostly from referrals, with no steady flow of new ones.
-
Not enough people on site, and the employer brand does not attract them.
-
An old website that builds neither trust nor contact.
Diagnosis, plan, result
Diagnosis
An audit of the company, the competition and how you win enquiries today. What works, what leaks.
Plan
Concrete steps: which projects we show, which campaigns we run and how we collect enquiries. No endless promises.
Result
A steady flow of enquiries and a brand that sells on its own. Every month you can see whether the plan delivers.

A good product, a good story
I work with companies that have a hard product and a long sales cycle. You will find the full list of projects, with numbers, on the case studies page.
FAQ
Do you only build the website, or run the whole of marketing?
The whole of it. The website is one piece. I take on strategy, content, films, campaigns and reporting, as one person responsible for the result.
Do you film directly on the construction site?
Yes. I come to the site with my own gear and film work in progress, finished projects and client reviews. It is the strongest sales material in this industry.
What is the notice period?
None. The contract is open-ended, with no notice period on either side. If it works, we continue. If it does not, we part ways. Zero risk, no long-term lock-in.
Who can run marketing for a construction company without an agency?
A fractional CMO, which is what I do at dabrowskimedia: one person runs the whole of a construction company's marketing, from strategy to on-site films. Engagements start at 8,000 zł net per month, with no agency and no in-house department to build.
