garden, municipal and forestry equipment

The client

P.P.H.U. “GRASS” from Zabierzów near Kraków. Over 30 years on the market as an importer and distributor of garden, municipal and forestry equipment: mowers, tillers, garden tractors, chainsaws, trimmers. Website: grass.com.pl.

Diagnosis

A complete absence from social media. No sales videos, scattered content, nobody responsible for marketing. That is what they came to me with.

The goal

The client came in like an open book, so I set the direction. Grass historically sold B2B, to dealers. Marketing was meant to move communication closer to the end customer and support dealers, not just build reach. The goal: a presence that genuinely resonates with people and shortens sales conversations, because the customer arrives already interested in a specific product.

Plan and execution

  1. First months: deciding what content we produce and what we publish.
  2. Format: 8 static posts + 4 sales videos per month. Still running today.
  3. Production got faster every month. Topics come from real customer questions (differences between models, engine comparisons Honda vs Kawasaki vs Loncin vs Rato, what a cardan shaft is for), scripts written for retention, one shooting day per series.
  4. Paid support so the videos reach as many people as possible.

The videos often go viral despite being strictly sales content. We make them so they resonate with the viewer.

Result

  • 1.1M TikTok views in 60 days.
  • Over 2M views across all platforms.
  • 98.6% of traffic from the For You feed (a strong organic result).
  • Over 1000 followers in a month, 8 videos in the first series.
  • A noticeable increase in website visits after publications.

As of 12.06.2026: TikTok at 2 127 followers and over 21 000 likes. Ad budget around 1 500 zł, CPM around 1.70 zł, average cost per engagement 0.03 zł.

What did not work

Instagram and LinkedIn content does not perform like TikTok does. It is harder than I expected and I am still working on it.
